Newark and Nottingham County Show

10th & 11th May 2014

The Any Other Native Breed classes at Newark show were hotly contested this year, some excellent quality cattle were forward with Belties up against Shorthorns, Red Polls and Highlands.

1st and Reserve female Champion, Miss B. Burgess and Mr B. Smith with Lineside Olivia born 30/6/2011, Sire: Baldersdale Jasper, Dam: Whitepool Kylah. Olivia also won the prize for Best Galloway in show.

 

Heifer born on or between 1st January 2012 and 31st December 2012.

2nd Miss B. Burgess and Mr B. Smith with Lineside Pippa born 13/7/2012, Sire: Baldersdale Jasper, Dam: Whitepool Kylah.

 

Maiden Heifer, born after 1st January 2013.

3rd Miss B. Burgess and Mr B. Smith with Lineside Quinnie, born 15/2/2013, Sire: Baldersdale Jasper, Dam: Whitepool Josie.

 

Senior Bull born on or before 31st December 2012.

1st Mrs D. Powell with Shelsleys Harris, born 4/6/2012, Sire: Southfield Superstar, Dam: Sacombe Yasmina.

 

Junior Bull born after January 2013.
