The Royal Bath and West Show 2013 Results

29th May to 1st June 2013

Royal Bath and West put on Beltie classes for the first time for a few years but they were not well supported so it remains to be seen if they will put them on again. Although it is expensive to enter the Bath and West the prize money is very good so this might inspire a few more breeders to attend. This was a lovely show, the facilities were excellent and all the stock people were treated to a free three course supper on the 2nd night of the show! it would be great to get more Belties there next year. The Belties were featured in a BBC regional programme on the 30th of May and many people who visited the cattle lines the next day told us they had come to the show specifically to see the belted cattle they had seen on TV the night before!
